2. Inayiloni

3. I-PTFE

I-PTFE isetshenziswa kakhulu kuma-valve omhlaba,amavalvu esango, amavalvu ebhola, njll. anokushisa okungu-t≤232℃ kanye nokucindezela okujwayelekile okungu-PN≤6.4MPa.

4. Insimbi ephothiwe

Insimbi ephothiwe isetshenziselwaivalvu yesango, ivalvu yembulunga, ivalvu yepulaki, njll. yokushisa okungu-t≤100℃, ingcindezi ejwayelekile engu-PN≤1.6MPa, igesi kanye namafutha.

5. Ingxubevange yeBabbitt

I-alloy ye-Babbitt isetshenziselwa i-ammonia globe valve enezinga lokushisa elingu-t-70~150℃ kanye nengcindezi ejwayelekile engu-PN≤2.5MPa.

6. Ingxubevange yethusi

Izinto ezivamile ze-alloy zethusi yi-6-6-3 tin bronze kanye ne-58-2-2 manganese brass. I-alloy yethusi inokumelana okuhle nokuguguleka futhi ifanelekela amanzi kanye nomusi onezinga lokushisa elingu-t≤200℃ kanye nengcindezi ejwayelekile PN≤1.6MPa. Ivame ukusetshenziswa kuamavalvu esango, amavalvu embulunga,ama-valve okuhlola, amavalvu epulaki, njll.

7. Insimbi engagqwali ye-Chrome

Amazinga avame ukusetshenziswa ensimbi engagqwali ye-chromium yi-2Cr13 kanye ne-3Cr13, acinyiwe futhi aqiniswa, futhi anokumelana okuhle nokugqwala. Ivame ukusetshenziswa kuma-valve ezinto ezinjengamanzi, umusi kanye ne-petroleum enezinga lokushisa elingu-t≤450℃ kanye nengcindezi ejwayelekile engu-PN≤32MPa.

8. Insimbi engagqwali ye-Chromium-nickel-titanium

Izinga elivame ukusetshenziswa lensimbi engagqwali ye-chromium-nickel-titanium yi-1Cr18Ni9ti, enokumelana okuhle nokugqwala, ukumelana nokuguguleka kanye nokumelana nokushisa. 9. Insimbi ene-nitride

Izinga elivame ukusetshenziswa lensimbi ene-nitride yi-38CrMoAlA, enokumelana okuhle nokugqwala kanye nokumelana nokuklwebheka ngemva kokwelashwa nge-carburizing. Ivame ukusetshenziswa ku-valve yesango lesiteshi sikagesi enezinga lokushisa elingu-t≤540℃ kanye nengcindezi ejwayelekile engu-PN≤10MPa.

10. Ukuzinza kwe-Boronizing

I-Boronizing icubungula ngqo ubuso bokuvala kusukela ezintweni zomzimba we-valve noma umzimba wediski, bese iphatha ubuso be-boronizing, ubuso bokuvala bunokumelana okuhle nokuguguleka. Isetshenziswa ku-valve yokubhoboza esiteshini samandla.
