Inqubo Yokwelapha Ukushisa Kwama-WCB Castings

1. Ukushisa

  • Inhloso‌: Ukunciphisa ama-gradient okushisa nokuvimbela ukuqhekeka ngesikhathi sokwelashwa okulandelayo kwezinga lokushisa eliphezulu.
  • InquboAma-castings ashiswa kancane kancane esithandweni esilawulwayo kuze kufike ezingeni lokushisa elingu-300–400°C (572–752°F)‌.

2. Ukuqinisa (Ukwenza Kube Ngokwejwayelekile)

  • Inhloso‌: Ukulungisa isakhiwo esincane, ukuhlunga usayizi wokusanhlamvu, nokuncibilikisa ama-carbide.
  • Inqubo‌:
  • Ama-castings ashiswa aze afike ezingeni lokushisa eliqina kakhulu890–940°C (1634–1724°F)‌.
  • Kugcinwe kuleli zinga lokushisa isikhathi esideAmahora angu-1–2 ngo-25 mm (1 intshi) wobukhulu besigabaukuqinisekisa ukuguqulwa kwesigaba okuphelele.
  • Kupholiswe emoyeni othule (okwenza kube ngokwejwayelekile) kube yizinga lokushisa legumbi.

 


 

3. Ukulinganisela

  • Inhloso‌: Ukunciphisa ukucindezeleka okusele, ukuthuthukisa ukuqina, kanye nokuqinisa isakhiwo esincane.

  • Kupholiswe emoyeni noma esithandweni ngesivinini esilawulwayo ukuvimbela ukwakheka okusha kokucindezeleka.

 


 

4. Ukuhlolwa Ngemva Kokwelashwa

  • InhlosoUkuqinisekisa ukuhambisana nezindinganiso ze-ASTM A216.
  • Inqubo‌:
  • Ukuhlolwa kwemishini (isib., amandla okudonseka, amandla okukhiqiza, ubulukhuni).
  • Ukuhlaziywa kwesakhiwo esincane ukuqinisekisa ukufana kanye nokungabikho kwamaphutha.
  • Ukuhlolwa kobukhulu ukuqinisekisa ukuqina kokwelashwa ngemva kokushisa.

 


 

Izinyathelo Ongazikhetha (Eziqondile)

  • Ukuqeda Ukucindezeleka‌: Kumajiyometri ayinkimbinkimbi, umjikelezo owengeziwe wokukhulula ukucindezeleka ungenziwa ku-‌600–650°C (1112–1202°F)ukususa ukucindezeleka okusele okuvela ekushiseni noma ekushiseni.
  • Ukupholisa Okulawulwayo‌: Kuma-castings aqinile, amazinga okupholisa ahamba kancane (isb., ukupholisa kwesithando) angasetshenziswa ngesikhathi sokushisa ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukuguquguquka.

  • Ukufana Kwezinga Lokushisa‌: Ukubekezelelana kwe-±10°C ukuqinisekisa imiphumela ehambisanayo.
  • Imibhalo‌: Ukulandeleka okugcwele kwemingcele yokwelashwa kokushisa (isikhathi, izinga lokushisa, amazinga okupholisa) ukuqinisekisa ikhwalithi.
