Inqubo Yokwelapha Ukushisa Ye-WCB Castings

I-WCB, i-carbon steel casting material ehambisana ne-ASTM A216 Grade WCB, ingena kwinqubo yokwelapha ukushisa okujwayelekile ukuze kuzuzwe izakhiwo ezidingekayo zemishini, ukuzinza kwe-dimensional, kanye nokumelana nokucindezeleka okushisayo. .1. Ukushisa kuqala.

  • .Inhloso: Ukunciphisa ama-gradients ashisayo futhi uvimbele ukuqhekeka ngesikhathi sokwelashwa okulandelayo okunokushisa okuphezulu.

.2. I-Austenitizing (Ijwayelekile).

  • .Inhloso: Ukwenza i-microstructure ihomogenize, yenza ngcono usayizi wokusanhlamvu, futhi uncibilikise ama-carbides.
  • .Inqubo:
  • Ama-castings ashiselwa ezingeni lokushisa elingu-austenitizing890–940°C (1634–1724°F).
  • Ibanjelwe kuleli zinga lokushisaAmahora angu-1–2 ngo-25 mm (intshi engu-1) wogqinsi lwesigabaukuqinisekisa ukuguqulwa kwesigaba esiphelele.
  • Kupholiswe emoyeni onganyakazi (okujwayelekile) ezingeni lokushisa legumbi.

 


 

.3. Ukuthukuthela.

  • .Inhloso: Ukuze unciphise ukucindezeleka okusalayo, uthuthukise ukuqina, futhi uzinzise i-microstructure.
  • .Inqubo:
  • Ngemuva kokujwayelekile, ama-castings ashiswa kabusha kumazinga okushisa apholile590–720°C (1094–1328°F).
  • Icwiliswe kuleli zinga lokushisaAmahora angu-1-2 ngo-25 mm (intshi engu-1) yogqinsi.
  • Kupholiswe emoyeni noma esithandweni-kupholiswe ngenani elilawulwayo ukuze kuvinjelwe ukwakheka okusha kwengcindezi.

 


 

.4. Ukuhlola Ngemva Kokwelashwa.

  • .Inhloso: Ukuqinisekisa ukuthotshelwa kwezindinganiso ze-ASTM A216.
  • .Inqubo:
  • Ukuhlolwa kwemishini (isb, amandla aqinile, amandla esivuno, ubulukhuni).
  • Ukuhlaziywa kwe-Microstructural ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukufana nokungabikho kwamaphutha.
  • Ukuhlolwa kwe-Dimensional ukuqinisekisa ukuzinza kokwelashwa kwangemva kokushisa.

 


 

.Izinyathelo Ongazikhethela (Ikesi-Specific).

  • .Ukunciphisa Ingcindezi: Kumajiyometri ayinkimbinkimbi, umjikelezo owengeziwe wokunciphisa ukucindezeleka ungenziwa600–650°C (1112–1202°F)ukuqeda izingcindezi eziyinsalela ezivela kumishini noma ekushiseleni.
  • .Ukupholisa okulawulwayo: Ngokusakazwa kwezingxenye eziwugqinsi, amazinga okupholisa ahamba kancane (isb., ukupholisa esithandweni) angasetshenziswa ngesikhathi sokushisa ukuze kuthuthukiswe i-ductility.

 


 

.Ukucatshangelwa Okubalulekile.

  • .I-Frnace Atmosphere: Umkhathi omaphakathi noma oxidizing kancane ukuze uvimbele ukukhishwa kwe-carburization.
  • .I-Temperature Uniformity: ±10°C ukubekezelela ukuqinisekisa imiphumela engaguquki.
  • .Amadokhumenti: Ukulandeleka okugcwele kwamapharamitha okwelapha ukushisa (isikhathi, izinga lokushisa, amazinga okupholisa) ukuze kuqinisekiswe ikhwalithi.
